Barbara has been in her role with Peak Clinical Trials as the Manager of Clinical Research since February 2019. She has over 20 years of research experience including managing at CRO, SMO and site level. She has extensive knowledge of site start-up, regulatory, contracts and budgets and in-house monitoring. Her therapeutic interests are cardiovascular diseases including Type II diabetes. As a research coordinator, she was the lead Phase 1 coordinator for all diabetic studies and has seen many diabetes drugs been approved for the market from the very beginning of the FDA process.

Venkat has been with Peak Clinical Trials since August 2018. He promotes and develop the business aspects of Peak Clinical Trials. He has a varied interests in Health Care and Clinical Research.
Christina has been in role as a clinical research coordinator since February 2019. She has worked as a certified medical assistant with Peak Cardiology and is a very experienced phlebotomist. Christina ran lab at Fuquay-Varina Family Practice for 4 years. She has 3 black belts in Sanshinkai karate, 2 black belts in Shorin-ryu/Chito-ryu karate, a brown belt in Brazilian Jujitsu, and a green belt in Judo.
